Class A Luxury Apartment Community seeking highly motivated Property Manger to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multi-family property in Huntsville, AL. Duties include administering and maintaining all phases of community operations. Specific areas of responsibility include personnel functions, being the positive leader of your team, community maintenance, monitoring market conditions and budget control, advertising, and resident relations. Must have strong organizational, communication and computer skills. A minimum of 2 years experience as a multi-family community manager required. The offer is contingent on an approved background check and pre employment drug screening. We believe in delivering the highest quality service to every one of our residents, every day. Pay of $65,000/year (based on experience) plus Bonus/Commissions. Excellent benefits and compensation package. EOE
